Ok, that is interesting. Could you create a zip file of your profile folder and
attach it to this report?

After you have done this, you can reset the profile according to the
instructions in the wiki article. Note that resetting the profile makes all
customisations go away (extensions, modified menus, toolbars, keyboard
shortcuts etc.).</pre>
