Workaround with layout table
No, it is not possible.
Workaround: Use a table with 2 columns. In the first, very small column set
paragraph to list level 1 and in the second column write all paragraphs, which
belong under this list item and set them to list level 2. Next row again, the
first level in first column and all sub-items in second column. Drawback:
Rearrangement of list items is more laborious.</pre>
