<pre>You're correct. It does work correctly in safe mode. It's strange, though,
because I have the same behavior on two separate computers, one an ASUS, the
other a Toshiba, both running Windows 10. The only additions I made to the
default configuration was a Portuguese spell dictionary and Portuguese
interface (though I use English most of the time), plus I removed the French
and Spanish dictionaries/interfaces and turned off auto update and fast start.</pre>
