Calling File -> Wizards -> Address Data Source -> Type Thunderbird/Icedove and
OK yields an incomplete list of tables: onlxy the standard tables "AddressBook"
and "CollectedAddressBook" are supplied, user-defined address books are
missing. This behaviour starts in version 5.1.0.2, perhaps even in the earliest
version of 5.1, but the comple list of address books is still supplied in
version 5.0.6.3 and earlier. Remark: at the same time some adrress source types
are no longer offered, so there seems to have been some change regarding the
wizard.
I add an attachment with screnshots of Thunderbird's lsit, the list in 5.0.6.3
and the incomplete list of 5.1.0.2.
There is still another issue: both of the two remaining standard tables contain
a few addresses that are not contained in the same address books in one of
those that are not shown. I have no idea if this is due to some inconsitency in
Thunderbird or to LibO, and anyway it will be difficult to check that in anther
installation, so I just add this as an additonal hint.</pre>
