<pre>Yes, I propose to close, too.
My first sentence was:
"I do not know if it's a Draw or an inkscape problem."
Any specification is not satisfied fully - I do not know which one.
Since svg(LO) -> SVG (ISc) -> eps (ISc) works now it seems
to be the Inkscape export filter to pdf.
There is no guilt.
There is only quality assurance.
