<pre>More info:
1) Create a new text document.
2) Draw a figure (a rectangle)
3) Change color of the rectangle
4) Check Document Color palette.
Results: new rectangle color not in Document color palette
Expected results: new color in document color palette
Note: Not even the default "blue" color of the rectangle is in the Doc Color
palette.
Note 2:
Colors in Doc Colors palette are gathered from
* Paragraph style. + direct paragraph formatting
* Character style + direct chr formatting
Nte 3
Page brackground and frame area colors don't add their color to the Doc color
