The " (U+0022) is being changed by AutoCorrect replacing " with Swiss *-CH use
double quotes open « (U+00AB), and close » (U+00BB).
Either disable the Autocorrect for double quotes: Tools -> AutoCorrect ->
AutoCorrect Options: Localized Options tab, or specify your preferred Unicode
glyph(s) for the double quotes.</pre>
