<pre>On Hackfest Hamburg, April 2018, we have decided to start a project to improve
handling and internal structure of layers. Our idea is, that in case the user
has not created an own layer, there exist only one default layer for normal
view and one default layer for master view, so that the tab bar is not shown at
all.</pre>
