<pre>Now after 2 Years I find a partial solution of the problem. Within the LO 5.4.1
the anchoring of a picture to a cell works! Therefore my example from the top
is obsolete. But the errors in the positioning parameters remain as described.
Thanks to Olivier Hallot who found the same problems at calc form-controls.</pre>
