Hi Timur I cleaned the profile folder, then retried; the result is the same, fatal error. I tried before and after the cleaning also with the attachment of <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_NEW " title="NEW - Crash (fatal error) when attempting a mail merge print ( only the first time the connection is done)" href="show_bug.cgi?id=116543">Bug 116543</a>, so this is not a duplicate. I forgot to tell you that an important piece of news: the problem is the same as <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_VERIFIED bz_closed" title="VERIFIED FIXED - MAILMERGE: Mail merge doesn't work with version 5.0 (individual documents in PDF format does not increment to next record data)" href="show_bug.cgi?id=93565">bug 93565</a>, which was fixed in 2016.
