<pre>The save-as export allows selection of the Character set when the "edit filter
settings" box is checked. Otherwise the CSV will be saved with the character
set in use. Select Unicode (UTF-8) or (UTF-16).
Likewise, on import the character set encoding can be selected, and then a font
selection made in Calc for correct/prefered rendering of the Unicode glyphs.</pre>
