1. Select 'Insert special character'
2. Right click on cell U+956 (devanagari vowel sign ue - this is available with
e.g. Noto Sans Devanagari font)
3. Select 'copy to clipboard' from right-click menu
LO then freezes. I can't exit from the special-character window, which flashes
(disappears and reappears in approx 100ms) every few tens of seconds. The
'cancel' button at the bottom and the 'x' box at the top are greyed out.
This has happened multiple times. It's not a problem with several other
characters in the Kashmiri addendum to Devanagari. It's not a problem if I
double-left click U+956 or hit the 'insert' button rather than right-click+copy
it. I have not tested all characters in the range (e.g. U+957).

having to use the special-character window over and over.
