<pre>It's only the icon missed, in cortana search for libreoffice.
It's the program soffice.exe in
C:\Program Files\LibreOffice\program for x64 version or
C:\Program Files\LibreOffice (x86)\program for x86 version
Is the program showed as installed in windows panel control. If so try
uninstalling and install again.
Test disabling Windows defender.
Or try installing the portable version, that can be installed in any folder:
