<pre>Ok, if i select value it works. but why is percent even an option then?
All in all i have to say this whole option is very confusing. From not having
any value to put i for red arrows to using the same logical comparison for
green and yellow( >= ) to percent apparently not working. Can this not be
re-worked to make it clear what is expected and what will happen?</pre>
