Of course, it is possible that perhaps the watermark SHOULD be swapped, but
that someone has already "hacked" it to work properly.  This was recently
worked on by Szymon Klos with "tdf#114308 Export Watermark size as is" in
commit

Now, I didn't see any evidence of "hacking" yet, but I'm also not seeing any
