I tried these steps in LO Draw 6.1 beta 2. It is still repro, but there is the
difference:
After reopening I got blue line with TWO arrows and "BlueLine" style has other
set for right arrow. I made variant "None", after reopen this option became
"Arrow"!
ps: relation from BlueLine style to RedLine style has saved</pre>
