        <pre>This is not a bug report, neither an enhancement request. So - closing INVALID.

As for the question: you might customize the toolbar, and add the "Save
Document" (sic!) button instead of "Save". The former doesn't have the
drop-down part.

Also: I assume that you meant Writer, not BASIC (i.e., you meant the text
document component, not the programming language and IDE used for macro
creation). Please revert my changes if you believe they are incorrect; if so,
then please describe your reasons to do that. Thanks!</pre>
