        <pre>The setting is in menu Tools > AutoCorrect Options. In tab Options you can
uncheck "Capitalize first letter of every sentence". My personal preference is
to disable them all.

Or you disable this feature for the word "incl.". That is in tab Exceptions.
Notice, that the exceptions depend on language.

One problem with these settings is, that they are used in Writer as well,
tracked in <a class="bz_bug_link 
          bz_status_NEW "
   title="NEW - Some Autocorrect options should be treated separately in Calc"
   href="show_bug.cgi?id=98154">bug 98154</a>.

So this is not a bug.</pre>
