MacOS: LibreOffice won't terminate after crash. It keeps showing the crash
dialog.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch Libreoffice
2. Open Writer
3. Insert a table
4. Copy the table
5. Paste into a new document
6. Press undo (CMD+Z)
7. Notice that the crash dialog won't disappear (and keeps consuming resources)
