Yes, this is a META, and as can be seen on the tree list of "Depends on:" here
the issue is already reported as <a class="bz_bug_link
bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed"
title="RESOLVED FIXED - Default keyboard mapping of Cmd+` (QUOTELEFT_MOD1) to uno:ToggleFormula not friendly to Apple HIG"
href="show_bug.cgi?id=114858">bug 114858</a> (and its duplicates).
It has been corrected for the 6.0.3 and 6.1 releases, and likely just requires
a user profile reset after upgrade install.</pre>
