<pre>Confirmed on Windows 10 64-bit both with recent master and 6.1.0 rc1
Not noted with OpenGL rendering, but prevelent with default GDI+ rendering.
STR.
1. New writer document
2. open Tools -> AutoCorrect -> AutoCorrect options dialog
3. select the "Replace" tab
4. scroll slowly down the list of replacement pairs
5. starts correct, but soon start having corrupt "replace" entry strings in the
emoji : bracketed value. Few if any dropped glyphs in the "with" entries.
reaching the plain text corrections, errors go away
And if restarting with OpenGL enabled, do not see the corruption of the
"replace" strings.</pre>
