<pre>I wanted to add some steps to easily reproduce this issue. On Ubuntu 18.04 or
16.04 install the 'overlayroot' package. The add the following to your kernel
parameters: overlayroot=tmpfs:swap=0,recurse=0
Booting with that will make libreoffice fail to start.</pre>
