<pre>Header/footer fields still don't get saved in LO 6.1.0.1, either.
I couldn't reproduce the corruption part, though, neither with 6.1.0.1, nor
with 5.3.0.3. I used steps in <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=59323#c7">comment 7</a>.</pre>
