Don't know if this issue has already been reported, but when you minimize a
word document and maximize it from the taskbar in windows 10 a black block or
rectangle quickly appears and then disappears. Its highly noticeable in
LibreOffice writer and it is also present in Libre Office Drawing. 

But the problem does not occur when opening Libre Office 6.1 , the main
interface.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any word document or drawing document
2.Minimzie the window
3.Open the window by pressing the Libreoffice writing icon

Actual Results:
You will notice a black rectangle or a box appearing which uickly disappears

Expected Results:
The software should have shown or rendered{wrong wording} the document without
showing the black box
