<pre>The CPU usage might be due to Writer attempting to refresh the screen display
layout constantly (I seem to remember that this happened a lot with inserted
images) and perhaps this is triggered more or compounded by the presence of the
frames.
Ideally, we would still need a minimalist sample document where the problem
could be seen.</pre>
