I would like to add some emphasis to this issue, which does really hurt
productivity when writing longer manuscripts using a typical PC/Laptop
landscape display that allows display of two pages simultaneously in "Book
View".
Using the Next/Previous Page buttons in the Navigator panel I get a readable
view with a correctly positioned page. But since these commands are NOT
available to put on a shortcut key I constantly need to grab the mouse and go
click them.
The Next/Previous Page commands that ARE available for shortcuts are different,
and gives me an unreadable view that I need to adjust using the scrollbar in
order to be able to read the text.
This is really painful, especially when editing or proofreading longer books.
