<pre>I would like to add an aspect to this issue:
LibreOffice claims that it can open Excel Files. It claims compatibility.
<a href="https://www.libreoffice.org/discover/calc/">https://www.libreoffice.org/discover/calc/</a>
The Excel YEARFRAC function is mapped to the LibreOffice YEARFRAC function. So
with respect to compatibility it is mandatory that LibreOffice YEARFRAC behaves
like Excel.
I had provided the Java Code for Excel YEARFRAC in my <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=69569#c2013">comment 2013</a>-09-19.
(Unclear to me why this comment has been tagged as obsolete.)
If LibreOffice.org believes to add an additional ACT/ACT ISDA - then maybe as a
separate function.</pre>
