<pre>Description:
When pasting, normally the row height is copied from the source cells. When
using Past Values (just plain text), it shouldn't change font type, size, row
height, etc. However, it always changes the row height to the default for the
font size used.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Set up 1 sheet with short row heights (under 0.21")
2.Copy from another tab
3.Paste Special, Values Only into first tab
Actual Results:
Row height increases
Expected Results:
Row height should not change
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
