hi all
i am running makulu (debian testing)
Libreoffice version:6.1.3.1
Build ID: 1:6.1.3~rc1-1
printer is a Konica Minolta bizhub 4750
whenever i try to print a non A4 or letter page or envelope libreoffice writer
automatically tells the printer to use a letter format.
the only way to prevent this -sometimes- is to not use the mailmerge printing
things get a bit better when i try to use the printer without the konica
drivers: maybe libreoffice doens't tell the printer to use letter size pages
but somehow it rotates the envelopes
i don't use letter size in printer settings, and as for libreoffice i need A4,
not letter
i have tried to install the printer from the gui, from cups, tried to tell to
use different interfaces like ipp jetdirect etc but with no help at all
when it's about C6/5 envelopes the only workaround is to tell from printer
settings from the libreoffice printing screen to use paper formats from the
printer and select A5 so that i can print decently enough over envelopes
till a couple of days ago i could safely print in any size from libreoffice;
now i'm trying to downgrade to libreoffice 4.3.3.2 hoping i can keep working
Steps to Reproduce:
1.print an envelop or a paper non a4 size, possibly using mailmerge
2.check the small printing preview from the printing window of libreoffice
3.print
Actual Results:
libreoffice tries to print a letter size envelope or paper
Expected Results:
it should print in the right position envelopes and etc, even in non standard
size
Reproducible: Always
