        <pre>Let me reopen this.
One of our users complained about this situation, so I had to dig in :).

So the original problem was <a class="bz_bug_link
          bz_status_RESOLVED  bz_closed"
   title="RESOLVED FIXED - MAILMERGE: Add option to prevent inserting extra blank pages"

   href="show_bug.cgi?id=103703">bug #103703</a> is a duplicate for
that.
Since #89708 is fixed properly, there is no need to keep the workaround
committed for #103703

I'll submit a reverting patch.</pre>
