<pre>There is Page Break where you make an automatic break and Page Break Dialog
where you get the dialog with the different options.
In Insert there is "Only" direct page break but in Layout you have direct page
break and manual Break menu. As Title page is also in insert and layout I can
replace Title page from insert with manual Break menu.
The idea was to have automatic page break in insert and all features in Layout
tab, but as I suggest change Title Page with manual Break menu will work also.</pre>
