<pre>Repro in LO 5.0.6 and LO 6.2+ in Windows 7 for real physical printers. So I set
to All.
No repro for virtual printers.
Title was too generic, let's focus on what's written, envelopes. Further tests
are welcome.
Please explain why Microsoft Word doesn't have those #11 and #12 envelopes. Can
it be that printers don't support those sizes?
And that it's not about printing but about supporting proper sizes?</pre>
