<pre>Thank you for getting back to me about this.
I have downloaded and run LibreOffice_6.1.3_Win_x64.msi and
LibreOffice_6.1.3_Win_x64_helppack_en-GB.msi
I accepted the installation defaults apart from not having a desktop shortcut.
I then loaded an .ods document, clicked on Help and got the error message
again.
A possible clue is that the helppack is en-GB and Windows Region and Language >
Current location: is United Kingdom BUT the error message says "The LibreOffice
built-in help for current UI language (English (USA)) is not installed on your
computer". So it appears that I have the GB version of help but the application
is looking for the USA version.</pre>
