<pre>The dialog would become quite crowded. Another argument against this change is
that we have it similarly in Writer where switching on/off is separate from
editing. There is a discussion for redesigning the dialog in <a class="bz_bug_link

easier to achieve. Ideally we get direct editing like it in Writer.</pre>
