<pre>Have you tried to uninstall LO 6.1.2.1 or delete the LibreOffice folder
manually
before installing LO 6.1.3.2?
you could try to install from a command line with *administrative*
privileges, for example:
msiexec /i LibreOffice_6.1.4.1_Win_x64.msi /L*V logfile.log
if it fails, please add the logfile.log.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present</pre>
