Sorry. I use this application daily. Fussing with the latest version "update" consumed over 15 hours. So I downloaded the "stable" version 6.0.7.3, and installed it without difficulty, and without deleting stuff. (And unlike the last several of the latest versions' installers, the "stable" version's installer doesn't complain about an open "Windows Explorer" that must be closed--i.e. my Desktop!--and installs quickly and painlessly. I plan to be more "conservative" in my updates. I lost too much blood on the cutting edge. There is unquestionably an issue with the installers for the very latest versions, but I will not be able to do further testing of the problem on my system.
