I would say "yes", bcause for me it is an unconsistent behaviour. I give an
example:
When I write an article or a book, every chapter or sub-chapter starts with a
paragraph with no indent; there's the rule, that every further paragraph has an
indent. If I seperate the first parapgraph, the new paragraph has no indent.
That's an undesired and inconsistent behaviour.</pre>
