Yes, I did that as part of the fix to <a class="bz_bug_link bz_status_RESOLVED bz_closed" title="RESOLVED FIXED - forms controls are created with "input required" set to yes by default" href="show_bug.cgi?id=121188">bug 121188</a>, but forgot.
