<pre>Font antialiasing still does not work with 6.1.3.2 on Windows. It does not seem
to be graphics hardware problem because it happens on Intel GPU and Radeon GPU.
It does not happen on the same hardware and settings, if the OS is Linux.
It does not happen if "Use OpenGL for all rendering" is disabled. But if that
is disabled, scrolling flickers (especially some dialogue boxes) badly.</pre>
