1. Open the attached spreadsheet in LO and MSO.
2. Go to the conditional formatting manager on both

Actual Results:
Actual results: MSO has the repeating values mode and LO has a formula instead
of it.
Expected Results:
Expected results: It should stay as the repeating values even in LO.
