<pre>Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages: check "Ignore system input
language" and then set the "Default Languages for Documents" for Western,
Asian, Complex text as appropriate.
Those settings will be the defaults. Can be set just for current document, or
persistent in user profile.
With that change, the insertion of text will be the "same as on the point of
insertion" remember to add the extra empty paragraph to pick up the default.</pre>
