We talked about this idea in the design meeting and agree on the idea. It
requires a new field that consists of at least three elements, first, middle,
and last name, and a special handling when those types of ToC with the
requested sorting capabilities. Btw, "Freiherr von Zeitgenstein" has also a
first name, maybe Heinrich. "Freiherr" is a noble rank.
Could be an interesting GSoC project.
