My team misunderstood the problem a bit, sorry. Of course it's editable, just
visually collapsed to two lines and greyed out.

Feature-wise this is partially a duplicate of that.
We can keep this open for OOXML interop.
There is at least an attribute saved in docx that we throw away when opening
