Not sure what's the problem there. Per <a href="show_bug.cgi?id=121778#c33">comment 33</a>, Xcode 9.4.1 is old enough to make the LO version built by Tor there be ok. The current LO master baseline (as documented in README.md) is Xcode 9.3, so that baseline itself shouldn't be an issue.
