<pre>If it is not mentioned in the release notes, I believe that it should: although
it is trivial to reinstall a theme, it may not be so trivial to remember what
the name of a theme that was installed years ago was. If one knows that the
theme will be lost, one can make a note of its name before upgrading.</pre>
