Yes, LibreOffice still uses a multitude of libraries from the system, which is why I asked. Installing library and programs from arbitrary sources may therefore mess up your system and might have caused LibreOffice to fail starting. Good to know this does not seem to be the case here. :-) With that new backtrace, I have an idea what seems to cause the issue.
