This is not a simple "assign a button" fix!
There is no .UNO command to run this. And as the StartCenter is a
module--backingwindow [1]--that interacts when launching any of the other
modules, additional dev effort is needed to refactor interactions with modules
already running.
It was added as a menu entry for macOS [2], but IRRC it does not integrate with
other running modules.
