Now I have tested the same with

CPU-Threads: 6; BS: Linux 4.12; UI-Render: Standard; VCL: gtk3;
Gebietsschema: de-DE (de_DE.UTF-8); UI-Sprache: de-DE
Calc: threaded
This version uses gtk3 instead of gtk2. You could get the window, which is
opened from the start center, in every size. There is no min-height set for the
opened window any more.</pre>
