If you install LO, but you don't run it, open up Terminal and do:
"ls -al@ /Applications/LibreOffice.app/"
You should get a "com.apple.quarantine" in the Terminal output. Issue the
command:
"xattr -d com.apple.quarantine /Applications/LibreOffice.app/"</pre>
