This issue (121781) is different. It's about documenting the current lack of
timezone information for date/time cells. What I'm proposing is updating the

inform readers of this

immediately.
To put it another way: imagine I had never filed <a class="bz_bug_link

closed. Would you still close this bug and be against updating the wiki?</pre>
